Sample Clientele

Duration: 3+ Years
Project Description:

This is a long-term engagement with many subsystems being deployed into production as they were built, tested, and approved. These are very high-volume, mission critical applications.

Infomaxium’s involvement began over three years ago with an initial engagement to produce an information architecture and data roadmap for a period of 3-5 years. Following our methodology that involved several subject matter expert interviews, iterative refinement of models, and ROI justification, we were successful in obtaining signoff from the business sponsors for the multi-year roadmap.

We have been working with the client in implementing the comprehensive roadmap in prioritized segments through a core project team that combines Infomaxium resources with Client employees. This has proven to be an effective way to deploy completed applications into production environments while creating a support organization during the development effort.

Infomaxium has been involved in defining models and touchpoints on a significant number of downstream and upstream systems and information stores for the client’s corporate data. A significant milestone was the development and deployment of an Enterprise Repository project that was pivotal for the client’s program to migrate off the mainframe. This highly successful project demonstrated the value of Infomaxium’s methodologies and technical services, which included gathering business requirements, design, development, data modeling, data conversion, testing and QA and implementation services.

Initiatives involving Infomaxium have been selected as showcases by the CIO.
