Performed Organization readiness assessment, performed the requirements analysis, data analysis, capability analysis & risk assessments, created and managed the RFP for solutions, together with the procurement team, selected the HP Service Desk offering, worked to perform the ITIL gap analysis, ensured management & resource readiness for ITIL processes, provided the architecture roadmap, information architecture, the system management background, designed the adapter requirements, provided the QA plan (test cases, expected results, gates, acceptance plan, cutover plan) designed the implementation process and provided management & end user training.
